Refurbished Laptops

Refurbished Laptops in the Mini Notebook design are available.  Our favorite refurbished mini laptop dealer has stock in most cases.  But more importantly we want to try to give information on what the term refurbished laptops really means.  In the used laptop industry there is no clear cut definition to what is done to refurbish a laptop.

What does " refurbished Laptop " mean?

That is the question that you should be asking.  The reason being that not all companies refurbish in the same manner.  I think that the website www.laptopextra.com gives a good indication about what we are trying to point out on their Used Laptops page.  Or try the www.mini-laptops.com website, their page on used laptops gives even more info on buying used refurbished laptops.

But the basic idea here is that not all refurbished laptop companies are the same.  There is a number of points that you need to check to make sure that when you do receive the refurbished laptop you order is a quality laptop.  We suggest that you look for these points:

• What kind of warranty does the company offer

• How long has the company been in business

• Were you referred to the company

• Have you seen the products the offer and checked the quality

• What procedure do they follow?

• Is the company a member of the Better Business Bureau?

Now this is obviously not everything you need to look for but it should get you started.  For example, our favorite refurbished laptops dealer offers some great laptops and warranties them for a very long time.
